Services

Your whole IT operation, run by people who answer the phone.

Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, and a team on call 24/7.

Managed IT & Support

Downtime is not an IT problem. It is a revenue problem, a payroll problem, and a customer problem. Managed IT from CloudSprint exists to make it someone else’s problem, namely ours.

We run your helpdesk, watch your systems around the clock, keep everything patched, and prove your backups work. You get one monthly number, one team to call, and a quarterly plan that tells you what is coming before it arrives.

Our approach

How we deliver managed it & support

  1. 01

    Assess

We document everything you have, find what is at risk, and give you a prioritized fix list before you sign anything.

  2. 02

    Stabilize

The first 30 days go to closing security gaps, standardizing endpoints, and getting backups verified.

  3. 03

    Operate

Monitoring, patching, and support run on a published schedule. You see tickets, response times, and health in a monthly report.

  4. 04

    Improve

Quarterly reviews turn the roadmap into budgeted projects so nothing surprises you.

Frequently asked questions

What does managed IT cost?

Most clients pay a flat per-user monthly fee that covers support, monitoring, patching, and backup. We scope it after the assessment so the number reflects your environment, not a generic tier.

Do we have to replace our existing hardware or software?

No. We inherit what works. Where something is unsupported or a security risk we will tell you, put it on the roadmap, and budget for it in a quarterly review.

What is your response time?

Critical issues get a response within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Standard requests are answered within one business hour. Both are written into the service agreement.

Can you work alongside our internal IT person?

Yes. Co-managed IT is common. We take the monitoring, patching, and after-hours work so your internal team can focus on projects and users.

How long is the contract?

Twelve months, with a 60-day exit if we are not meeting the agreed service levels. We would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.

Ready to move faster?

Start with a free network and security assessment. We will tell you what is working, what is at risk, and what to fix first.
