• Information you give us. Name, company, email, phone, and message content when you submit a form, email us, or apply for a role.
• Information collected automatically. Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics about pages visited, referring site, browser type, and approximate region. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide services you request
• To evaluate job applications
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To meet legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example, form processing and email hosting), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records thereafter. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do. To exercise any right, email contact@cloudsprint.net. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Security

We apply the same controls to our own systems that we recommend to clients, including encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, and access limited to staff who need it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
