Design, build, and support enterprise networks for clients across the Bay Area. Cisco, HP Aruba, Dell, and Palo Alto Networks environments, from single offices to multi-site plants.
Service Desk Technician
First point of contact for client support requests. Resolve Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and network issues quickly and kindly, and escalate what needs escalation.
